Are there any cancellation fees?

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations this is to allow us to fill your space and our employees are looker after too.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring our own high-quality cleaning supplies. However, if you have specific products you'd prefer us to use, let us know.

We have our standard chemicals we use but we also have a more natural and eco friendly alternative if this is required.

We are also happy to use your cleaning supplies if required.

How do you ensure a judgement-free service?

Our team is trained to respect every client's home and preferences, ensuring each service is delivered with care and understanding.

Part of our employee training covers reasons why people may need help. Allowing our staff to be more understanding.
